PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety, accuracy and convenience relating to cipher processing by implementing a sequential multi-modal discrimination having high accuracy improvement effects in biometric cipher.SOLUTION: A sequential biometric cipher system 10 includes a registration terminal 100 and an authentication terminal 150. In the registration terminal, feature data are extracted from a plurality of biological information items which are acquired for every user. Thus, a plurality of sets of feature data are successively selected while multiplying the number of combinations, a protection template is created for each set and stored in a storage device 101. In the authentication terminal, feature data are extracted for a combination of one or more biological information items obtained via a sensor regarding a predetermined user, the protection template of which the predetermined attribute is derived from the same biological information is collated with a combination of the extracted feature data and when the collation is made successful, processing for executing predetermined processing regarding the user is executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
