PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program capable of preventing the flow of a high transient current from flowing, even if the scan rate of a galvano-mirror is high, and a laser processing apparatus.SOLUTION: A predetermined drawing to be laser-processed is decomposed of a plurality of straight lines. In accordance with the decision that the one decomposed straight line has a length L or higher, there are created first coordinate data and second coordinate data. The first coordinate data are either the coordinate data of an internal point indicating the end point of a segment which is set at a scanning velocity later than an ordinary one of a galvano-scanner 18 positioned at a first interval d1 from the starting point of a straight line, or the coordinate data of an inner point expressing the end point of a segment set at a scan rate slower than the ordinary scanning rate of the galvano-scanner 18 on a straight line. The second coordinate data are the coordinate data of one or more inner points expressing the end point of a segment set at the ordinary scan rate of the galvano-scanner 18 on the straight line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17 |
