PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving vibration control properties without changing a material composition to a stainless steel.SOLUTION: By repeating working and heat treatment to the material, the number density (the number per unit volume) in the partial dislocation dominating vibration control properties is increased. In this working, the working is performed at a deformation mode same as that in vibration, thus a vibration control source easy to move is preferentially generated during vibration to express high attenuation performance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
