PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically change a connection with an ONU without generating a packet loss even when there are many ONUs to be accommodated.SOLUTION: An OLT 100 includes a plurality of OSUs 200 and an OSU distribution part 120. Each of the plurality of OSUs 200 includes: a buffer part 220 including a through queue 222, a broadcast queue 226 and one or more changeover queues 224; an ONU distribution part for sending an unicast packet addressed to an ONU of a changeover object to the changeover queue, sending a packet addressed to a plurality of ONUs to the broadcast queue and sending an unicast packet addressed to an ONU of a non-changeover object to the through queue; and a scheduler part 250 for reading packets out of the changeover queue and the through queue. The OSU distribution part sends a received packet to an OSU in which an ONU of a destination of the packet is registered. The OSU distribution part sends a packet addressed to a plurality of ONUs to OSUs in which the ONUs of destinations of the packet are registered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
