PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an elastic modulus in the vertical direction of a vibration isolation rubber without affecting an elastic modulus in the lateral direction, reduce a mounting space and simplify a structure.SOLUTION: An elevator device includes: a car; a balance weight; a main rope for suspending the car and the balance weight; a hoisting machine including a sheave and moving the car and the balance weight vertically; a machine base for supporting the hoisting machine; machine beam mounted to a lower portion of the machine base; and a ramp pulley. The elevator device further includes a damping mechanism for suppressing the vertical movement of the hoisting machine, and the damping mechanism includes a wire-shaped damping shaft for coupling a lower flat surface portion of the machine base to an upper flat surface portion of the machine base.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
