PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tatami surface cover and a tatami mat for judo that enhance ease of maintenance and durability, and reduce environmental loads when disposed.SOLUTION: A tatami surface cover 2 of a tatami mat 100 for judo of the present invention contains an olefin elastomer having crystalline polypropylene and a non-crystalline propylene-ethylene-α-olefin copolymer.
