PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil separation device which efficiently separates an oil content from steam containing the oil content generated in an oil tank during cooking, discharges steam having the oil content separated, and suppresses occurrence of noise in discharging the steam having the oil content separated, and to provide a pressure fryer with the oil content separation device attached thereto.SOLUTION: An oil separation device 42 is connected with a first steam passage included in a pressure fryer and includes: a first casing 43 including in an inside space at least one set of a steam introduction chamber 48 to which steam is introduced, the steam discharged from an oil tank through the first steam passage, and first low pressure chambers 49, 52 receiving the steam introduced to the steam introduction chamber; a compression steam passage 45 communicating with the first low pressure chamber of the set on the lowest side; and a second casing 44 in which an inside space is divided into an oil content collection chamber 61 communicating with the compression steam passage and upper side spaces 60A, 60B communicating with the oil content collection chamber, and a steam outlet 83 is arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
