PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having high-grade texture such as an uneven feeling, a three-dimensional feeling, and a depth feeling and an excellent surface smoothness even after molding.SOLUTION: There is provided a decorative sheet having a layer A comprising at least a transparent resin film layer 1. The layer A comprising at least the transparent resin film layer 1 comprises an uneven shape having recess parts that reach the transparent resin film layer 1 on one surface thereof. The layer A comprises a region, in which a depth d of the recess part of the uneven shape and a thickness T from a start point of the depth d of the layer A comprising the transparent resin film layer 1 to a surface on the opposite side to the surface having the uneven shape satisfy a relationship of d/T×100=5 to 10%.
