PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a bathroom cushion which does not deform after being formed, and can suppress raw material cost, and a cushion produced by the method.SOLUTION: A cushion is a mat having a bottom face and an upper face. The bottom face has plural salient parts 13, and the upper face has plural slip resistance layers. The production method is configured so that: first, a main body 2 which is obtained by foam molding a foaming material, is prepared with a module, in which the main body 2 has twice thickness of thickness of the mat, then on both upper and lower faces of the main body, the above-mentioned salient parts are formed respectively, and after being molded, the faces become the bottom face of the mat; the main body is cut into half, along a horizontal direction from an intermediate part of the upper and lower faces of the main body, so that semi-products of the mat are respectively formed; then, the above-mentioned slip resistance layers are formed from the cut surfaces formed by cutting the semi-products, the slip-resistance layers become the upper face of the mat after being molded, so that a cushion finished product is produced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
