PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold 68 with which an elastic crawler 36 having a high quality and excellent durability can be obtained.SOLUTION: A crawler 36 produced with this mold 68 comprises a guide 42. The guide 42 comprises a cushion 66 formed from a rubber composition and a core grid 54 which is positioned inside the cushion. The core grid 54 comprises a wedge 58. The mold 68 comprises a recess 76 in which the wedge 58 is charged and a rubber composition is poured into between itself and the wedge 58. The recess 76 comprises an inclined surface formation face 78 which forms a guide inclined surface 48 of the guide 42. The inclined surface formation face 78 comprises a reference plane 82 and a projection 84. The projection 84 comprises a projection slope 88 which is expanded towards the reference plane 82 from an apex of the projection. The projection slope 88 is inclined with respect to the reference plane 82, and an angle of this inclination is an obtuse angle. When the wedge 58 is charged into the recess 76, the projection 84 contacts a wedge slope 64 at the apex of the projection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
