PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic stethoscope capable of facilitating auscultation of biological sound regardless of a state of environmental noise.SOLUTION: The electronic stethoscope includes a noise canceller by a DSP (a Digital Signal Processor) 12 for cancelling environmental noise acquired by mixing in the biological sound from a chest piece 1, and eliminates a sound guide tube as a mixing source of the environmental noise. Further a DSP 13 is provided for acoustically cancelling the environmental noise mixed from the vicinity of ear pieces 18 and 19 into the ears.
