PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bench cutting machine of which inversion can be prevented and which can perform stable cutting operation.SOLUTION: A bench cutting machine is equipped with: a base part on which a material to be cut can be loaded; a cutting part which has a cutting blade and can be oscillated with respect to the base part within a first range including an initial position separated from the base part and a second range which includes a cutting position, which is proximate to the base part and at which the material to be cut can be cut, and does not include the initial position; first energization means for energizing the cutting part in a direction in which the cutting part is separated from the base part so as to locate the cutting part at the initial position; and second energization means for energizing the cutting part in a direction in which the cutting part approaches the base part within the first range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
