PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems for example, a conventional health appliance for training hands and arms, and for activating a brain, has limited applications and effects, and the conventional appliance cannot be used practically other than as a health appliance, and it cannot be easily carried.SOLUTION: Provided is a health appliance formed of an elastic body, formed into a ring-shape having size which can be gripped and held by a hand, and an opening is provided, thereby the health appliance can be attached to an arm and carried, and detached easily.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
