PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable realtime information transfer.SOLUTION: An information processing system 1 comprises: a navigation device 3 mounted on a vehicle 2; a server 5 capable of communicating with the navigation device 3; and a mobile terminal 4 capable of communicating with the server 5. The navigation device 3 is provided in the vehicle 2, and transmits to the server 5 captured image data which is based on results of image capturing with a camera which takes images of ahead of the vehicle 2. The server 5 transmits the captured image data received from the navigation device 3 to the mobile terminal 4. The mobile terminal 4 displays an image based on the captured image data received from the server 5, accepts input of a comment, and transmits comment information indicating the accepted comment to the server 5. The server 5 transmits the comment information received from the mobile terminal 4 to the navigation device 3.
