The present invention relates to a noodle manufacturing apparatus, and more specifically, to a noodle manufacturing apparatus with a sky slitting apparatus for thinly slitting a thick noodle sheet, which thinly slits a noodle sheet supplied thickly and continuously to manufacture thin noodle sheets, and also can manufacture a hollow noodle, various kinds of noodles, or a great quantity of noodles by using two thin noodle sheets. According to the present invention, the noodle manufacturing apparatus continuously receives a noodle sheet rolled sequentially to manufacture at least one noodle among a hollow noodle and a common noodle. The noodle manufacturing apparatus receives a thick noodle sheet which is thicker than a noodle sheet used to manufacture at least one noodle among the hollow noodle and the common noodle, and thinly slits the thick noodle sheet by the sky slitting apparatus to divide the thick noodle sheet into thin noodle sheets so that at least one noodle among the hollow noodle and the common noodle can be manufactured, thereby manufacturing at least one noodle among the hollow noodle and the common noodle. The common noodle comprises one noodle among a round noodle with a round cross section, a square noodle with a square or polygonal cross section, and a noodle in a fixed shape. |
