The invention relates to the field of aerospace. A platform for launching rockets, satellites, aircraft and other objects from the stratosphere into a stationary orbit in space, and for other purposes, as illustrated in figure 1. An alternative use is also possible, for example: a stratospheric platform can be stationed permanently at a given height and transmit technical data and intelligence to Earth for subsequent processing. Furthermore, other specialized equipment for research and other purposes can be situated on the stratospheric platform.
