To provide a charging device, charging method, etc., in which appropriate current adjustment is performed to prevent cell degradation and reduce charging time. A charging device 1 in which charging is performed at a uniform current until the voltage of a cell 31 reaches a predetermined voltage, and, once the predetermined voltage is reached, charging is performed through controlling the current so as to uniformly maintain the voltage. A degradation measurement unit 31 detects a cell 31 degradation state, a current voltage adjustment unit 11 specifies an additional current corresponding to the degradation state, and a power feed unit 12 feeds an additional current in addition to the uniform current to the cell 31. The degradation state is specified by a temperature difference or a voltage difference detected by passing a single level of current for a set period of time. |
