The invention relates to a method for producing a dispersion obtained from a chlorinated rubber, chlorinated or oxidised polyolefins and/or poly ethyl vinyl acetate (EVA) which can be incorporated into formulas for adhesives and into formulas for adhesion promoters for different types of substrates. The method is characterised in that it is simple and does not use volatile organic solvents, making it environmentally friendly. The resulting dispersions are versatile and, consequently, suitable for use in different types of industries.
