The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing high-concentration alcohol from a water-alcohol mixture, the method being efficient as an overall process. The present invention pertains to a method for producing high-concentration alcohol, the method having: a water adsorption step for obtaining a first concentrated alcohol by adsorbing the water in a water-alcohol mixture in an adsorption tower; a water desorption step for subsequently introducing alcohol and obtaining water-containing alcohol; and a membrane separation step for introducing the water-containing alcohol into a membrane separation apparatus provided with a membrane composite that includes zeolite having an SiO2/Al2O3 molar ratio of 5-15, and obtaining a second concentrated alcohol.
