A three gear-position ratcheting tool comprising a handle (1), a mounting base (2) having an accommodating groove (21) and provided on at least one extremity of the handle (1), a cover (22) provided on the mounting base (2), a mounting hole (23) provided on the mounting base (2), a rotating bushing (3) provided in the mounting hole (23), a tool head (31) provided on at least one extremity of the rotating bushing (3), a ratchet (32) having ratchet teeth (321) and provided on the circumferential exterior of the rotating bushing (3), two paws (4) provided in the accommodating groove (21), and a toggling base (5) provided on the mounting base (2) and capable of swinging in the circumferential direction thus controlling either of the paws (4) to mesh with the ratchet teeth (321) or simultaneously both of the paws (4) to mesh with the ratchet teeth (321), where one extremity of the switching base (5) is extended to the outside of the mounting base (2), the other extremity is abutted against the cover (22), and a toggling lock mechanism provided between the toggling base (5) and the cover (22). |
