BULB LAMP STRUCTURE

A bulb lamp structure comprises: a lamp holder (1); a lamp base (2) fitted together to the lamp holder (1); a circuit board (3) for driving LED lamp beads to work; and a bulb housing (7) fitted to the lamp base (2). The bulb lamp structure also comprises: a plurality of chips (4) on which LED lamp beads are distributed; a radiator (5); and a double-sided board (6) connecting the chips (4) to the circuit board (3). The lower end edge of the lamp base (2) adjacently connected to the lamp holder (1) is provided with an air inlet (21). The lower part of the radiator (5) forms a ring-shaped cover seat (51) fitted in the lamp base (2). The upper end of the ring-shaped cover seat (51) is provided with a plurality of sheet substrates (52) that upwards extends at intervals. The sheet substrates (52) define a cavity in a surrounding manner. The lower part of the cavity is in communication with the air inlet (21) of the lamp base (2). The circuit board (3) is longitudinally disposed in the lamp base (2). The chips (4) are respectively fitted on the outer surfaces of the sheet substrates (52). A vent (71) is disposed at the center of the top end of the bulb housing (7), and is exactly aligned to an air outlet in the top end of the radiator (5). The bulb lamp structure well solves the radiation problem of the LED chips in a junction temperature, and effectively implements large-angle irradiation, thereby benefitting automatic production.
