Provided are a sensor device and a sensor system which have low power consumption, are miniaturizable, and have excellent productivity. This sensor device is provided with: a unit 1 comprising at least one type of power supply unit 13 which is selected from a power generating unit and a wireless power supply unit, a sensor unit 11 which detects target information and outputs a signal, a logic unit 12 which makes a determination on the basis of the signal, and a wireless communication unit 14 which transmits the determination result to the outside; and a sealing material covering at least part of the outer periphery of the unit 1. The units of the unit 1 are disposed on one semiconductor substrate surface and are connected electrically, or, the units are formed on multiple semiconductor substrates and the semiconductor substrates on which the units are formed are laminated and the units connected electrically. This sensor system is provided with the aforementioned sensor device and a communication device. |
