In S203, the RDEE to be achieved by the user is calculated from the body fat percentage to be achieved calculated in S202 and the inputted weight. In S204, by converting the weight reduction to be achieved into calories, for example, with conversion of 1 kg to 7200 kcal, and dividing the resultant calories by the period for weight reduction to be achieved, conversion into calories for weight reduction to be achieved/day is obtained. When the current RDEE is below the RDEE to be achieved in S205, the difference is outputted as potential calories due to basal metabolism in S206. At that time, if the difference is positive, muscle training for increasing the basal metabolism is recommended. |
