Provided are: an instrument for facilitating ejaculation, wherein the air pressure in a non-closed air chamber, said non-closed air chamber being formed between a core member and a container, is used as a pressure source applying a stimulus and tightening force to the penis so that a varied stimulus and tightening force under a proper pressure can be obtained; and a device for facilitating ejaculation. The instrument for facilitating ejaculation comprises a core body (31) provided with an insertion opening (33) and an insertion space (35), and a plurality of first ribs (40) that protrude at preset intervals from the outer peripheral surface of the core body and extend in substantially the same direction, wherein an air resistance member (50), which resists against air flowing through a flow channel F and, at the same time, allows the passage of air along the flow channel when the outside diameter of the core body expands, is provided. |
