The present invention relates to a ballast water treatment system data collecting method using a mobile communication network and a ballast water treatment big data analysis system providing device comprising: a ballast water treatment control device provided to a ship side, and recording and storing ballast water treatment system operation information of a ship; a mobile communication network connection device provided to the ship side so as to transmit the ballast water treatment system operation information recorded on the ballast water treatment control device to a ballast water operation server on the external internet, and receiving ballast water treatment system operation and maintenance information from the ballast water operation server; and a ballast water treatment big data analysis device provided to a maker's base one the ground, connected to the ballast water operation server so as to collect the ballast water treatment system operation information when the ship sails, and analyzing and managing big data so as to store the same again in the ballast water operation server, wherein the ballast water treatment system operation information of all the ships sailing on the sea is automatically collected so as to be analyzed for big data, and the ballast water treatment system state information of all the ships sailing on the sea is remotely monitored and inspected so as to be managed in an optimum state.
