An exercise information measuring device 10 is provided with: a storage control unit 22 for storing a moving pace and biological information measured while a wearer is in motion in association with each other in a storage unit 5; a moving pace distribution setting unit 23 for setting a moving pace distribution for movement for a specified distance; a moving pace correction unit 25 for correcting the set moving pace distribution on the basis of the moving pace and biological information stored in the storage unit 5; and a guide unit 26 for guiding the moving pace of the wearer in accordance with the corrected moving pace distribution.
