The present invention relates to a method for preparing organic mineral-reinforced milk proteins, comprising: a first reaction step of mixing a milk product powder containing milk proteins and a water-soluble mineral powder having negative dissolution enthalpy, so as to react the same by adding water; and a second reaction step of adding a powder of a nucleic acid monomer containing a purine base or a salt thereof to the product of the first reaction step, so as to react the same. The production yield is increased up to 1,300% while the mineral content of the prepared organic mineral-reinforced milk proteins is equal, compared with a conventional method, which does not use nucleic acid as a catalyst, for preparing organic mineral-reinforced milk proteins. In addition, the present invention can reduce production costs since a heating process cannot be used, and has remarkably excellent production ease in that preparation can be carried out by using, as a raw material, a milk product containing unsterilized milk serum powder and various milk proteins capable of being easily supplied. |
