Disclosed is a water-vapour-barring adhesive compound containing an adhesive base consisting of at least one reactive resin, at least one elastomer, optionally at least one adhesive resin and optionally a solvent, said substance being particularly suitable as a barrier adhesive compound if the substance contains at least one multi-functional oligomeric alkoxy siloxane. The oligomeric alkoxy siloxane contains more than one polymerisable group and more than one alkoxy group.
