When supplying power to a load (3) from a power supply (B) via a parallel circuit (5) of two electrical wires (51, 52) having the same wiring resistance, a vehicle power supply control device (1) uses a current measurement unit (b) in intelligent power devices (IPDs) (131, 132) to measure the passing current flowing in a semiconductor switching element (a) in each electrical wire (51, 52). Then, in order to match the temperatures of the electrical wires (51, 52) as estimated by a current temperature estimation unit (115a) on the basis of the measured current, a target duty ratio in a PWM control for reducing the passing current in the semiconductor switching element (a) of the IPD (131) on one electrical wire (51) is calculated in a target duty ratio calculation unit (115b), and the semiconductor switching element (a) of the one IPD (131) is turned on/off by a PWM/DC control and shutoff determination unit (112) with the calculated target duty ratio. |
