Provided is a laminate that has superior oil resistance without using a polypropylene film on the innermost layer of a packaging material. The laminate is characterized by being composed of at least three layers comprising a layer (A) , a layer (B), and a layer (C), laminated in that order, wherein the layer (A) is a polyolefin that satisfies conditions (a) to (c) below, the layer (B) is an adhesive that satisfies the conditions (d) to (f) below, and the layer (C) a base material comprising at least one layer. (a) The density is 900 to 970 kg/m3; (b) the MFR is 2 to 30 g/10 minutes; (c) the film thickness is 5 to 25 μm; (d) the film thickness is at least 0.01 to 3.0 μm; (e) the glass transition temperature is -30 to +10°C; and (f) the 20°C storage modulus E' is 1.0 × 106 to 2.5 × 107Pa. |
