A cold insulation tool comprises a cold-insulating composition comprising water, an inorganic salt, a thickening agent and a pH indicator, wherein the thickening agent is a polysaccharide, the pH (A) of the cold-insulating composition is 7.0 or more when all of components other than the inorganic salt and water are replaced by water and the pH (A) satisfies the relation represented by formula (I): (the pKa value of the pH indicator) - 0.5 ≤ pH(A) ≤ (the pKa value of the pH indicator) + 3.5. |
