The invention relates to a construction element (1) for building a sandwich-type facility wall cast on a construction site, said construction element (1) comprising: a panel (2) made of an insulating material extending in a plane; at least one connector (3) extending perpendicularly to the plane of said panel (2) and through said panel (2); and means (4) for immobilizing such a connector (3) with respect to said panel (2). In said construction element (1), the means (4) for immobilizing comprise, on at least one side of the panel (2), at least one rigid elongate element (5) through which at least one connector (3) passes and which extends parallel to the plane of the panel (2) as well as over at least one portion of the length or of the height of said panel (2), and the means (6, 7) for securing such an elongate rigid element (5) to such a connector (3) and to said panel (2). |
