Disclosed are an optical transmitter, a wavelength alignment method and a passive optical network system. The optical transmitter realizes the monitoring of optical power by providing a 10G DML, an MPD1, an MPD2, a collimating lens and a narrowband optical filter within TO, and the monitoring of received optical power via the MPD1 and the MPD2, and outputs the monitored optical power to a lock-wave monitoring circuit via a TO pin; a variation amount of the optical power monitored by the lock-wave monitoring circuit and a variation amount of a lock-wave factor K0 are respectively compared with corresponding threshold values, and a comparison result is sent to a lock-wave control circuit, so that the lock-wave control circuit adjusts TEC temperature via the TO pin according to the comparison result to perform wavelength alignment. By means of performing lock-wave control on a 10G DML wavelength and a filter by a wavelength monitoring loop of the above-mentioned utility model, the purposes of low cost, low power consumption and a high modulation rate of reducing a chirp phenomenon are achieved. |
