This battery pack comprises a plurality of battery cells (1) and a heat dissipating holder (2) disposed between the battery cells (1) to be in contact in a thermally coupled state with the battery cells (1). The heat dissipating holder (2) comprises a holder main body (3) having insertion holes, each for inserting each of the battery cells (1), and a thermally conducting insulation rubber (4) having elastic cylinders, each disposed on the inner surface of each of the insertion holes. Each of the elastic cylinders is provided with a plurality of elastic protruding portions protruding on the internal surface so that the internal shape thereof, in a state where none of the battery cells (1) is inserted, is smaller than the external shape of each of the battery cells (1). The heat dissipating holder (2) disposes at a fixed position and in an insulated state each of the battery cells (1) inserted into each of the elastic cylinders, presses elastically with the elastic protruding portions against the periphery of each of the battery cells (1) to be in close contact therewith, and, through the elastic cylinders, conducts the thermal energy of the battery cells (1) to the holder main body (3). |
