A conductive wire (32) of a solar cell unit, a solar cell unit, a solar cell array (30), a solar cell module (100) and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The conductive wire (32) is constituted by a metal wire whose height is H, and whose width is W, a ratio of the height H and the width W being 1:1 to 6:1.
