Provided is a bed equipped with a guard rail, comprising a bed board frame (10), two side bed frames (40) arranged at the front and rear side faces of the bed board frame (10) and used for holding up said bed board frame (10), and a guard rail (50) arranged at the side of the bed board frame (10). The guard rail (50) comprises a first rail frame (52), a second rail frame (54), and a rotation mechanism; the rotation mechanism is movably connected to the first rail frame (52) and the second rail frame (54); the first rail frame (52) and the second rail frame (54) are locked by a locking mechanism into an integrated guard rail (50). The foldable form reduces volume, facilitating easy packing and transport and increasing loading capacity. |
