A flexible substrate attaching method and a flexible substrate attaching structure. The flexible substrate attaching method comprises the steps of: pre-fixing a flexible substrate (2) to a carrier substrate (1) using a first fixing structure (4); and forming a thin film on the flexible substrate (2), and forming a pattern of the thin film by means of a patterning process, wherein the pattern of the thin film simultaneously comes into contact with at least part of the flexible substrate (2) and at least part of the carrier substrate (1), so as to play a role in fixing the flexible substrate (2) to the carrier substrate (1). In the flexible substrate attaching method, the effect of fixing the flexible substrate (2) to the carrier substrate (1) is good, and a flexible panel is easily taken down after being manufactured. |
