The present invention relates to an electric power saving apparatus using light energy with infrared ray synthetic wavelengths, which continuously irradiates rays having synthetic wavelengths of the infrared band, that is, infrared rays (light) of a specific band, which have passed through an optical filter, and visible rays to a semiconductor device so as to supply light energy waves, emitted in the form of a micro-current having a square waveform from the semiconductor device, to an electric cable line connected from a power source to a load side, such that the wavelengths of electrons in the electric cable line through which driving current for driving a load flows are lengthened and the spin states and vibration states of electrons having spin motions, that is, the motion states of electrons that cause a loss of energy, are stabilized, thereby reducing collisions between electrons and a loss of energy, and thus stabilizing an electric power supply system and maximizing electric power saving efficiency, wherein, when a load is changed, the load factor thereof is corrected so as to adjust the level of light energy waves emitted in the form of a micro-current having a square waveform, from the electric power saving apparatus using light energy with infrared ray synthetic wavelengths to the electric cable line connecting the power source and the load. |
