Disclosed is a terminal device wakeup method. The method comprises: acquiring a temperature value of an outside surface of a terminal device; comparing the acquired temperature value of the outside surface of the terminal device with a first temperature threshold and a second temperature threshold that are preset; and if it is detected that the acquired temperature value of the outside surface of the terminal device jumps from the range of the first temperature threshold to the range of the second temperature threshold in set time, performing wakeup to change the working state of the terminal device from a screen-off state to a screen-on state. Also disclosed are a terminal device wakeup apparatus and a storage medium.
