Disclosed are a colloid mask with a topical carrier and the manufacturing method thereof, wherein the colloidal mask contains a colloid layer and a carrier layer, wherein the first surface of the colloid layer is used for being attached to the user's face to make the liquid contained therein come into contact with the skin of the face, the carrier layer is attached to and bonded to at least one local portion of the second surface of the colloid layer, and there is still a partial area maintained on the second surface of the colloid layer not covered by the colloid layer. |
