A unit battery pack, according to the present invention, comprises: a first battery module that includes battery cartridges sequentially stacked on each other and a plurality of batteries, wherein each battery cartridge has two batteries mounted on the upper surface thereof; a second battery module that is adjacent to the first battery module and has the same elements as the first battery module; a battery housing that encloses the first and second battery modules and includes air inflow window covers and air outflow window covers that face each other; and a fan duct disposed on the air outflow window covers of the battery housing, wherein the lower surfaces of the respective battery cartridges delimit air guide grooves parallel to each other, and the air guide grooves are aligned with the air inflow window covers and the air outflow window covers in one of the first and second battery modules to form straight air passages.
