The present invention represents a fluid-transporting piping network using an electric circuit network corresponding to the characteristics of the fluid, thereby making it possible to analyze the piping network using a technique for analyzing the electric circuit network. A pipe network analysis device (2500) is provided with a conversion unit (2501) for representing at least some of the piping constituent elements that constitute the fluid-transporting piping network using the constituent elements of an electric circuit with which it is possible to represent the nonlinear relationship between the pressure and flow rate of the fluid in the piping constituent elements, thereby generating a model representing the circuit network with which it is possible to represent the piping network.
