This plastic molded body is characterized by having a surface comprising a non-fluororesin, and in that a rough surface is formed on such surface and that fluorine atoms are incorporated in the molecular chain of the non-fluororesin that forms the rough surface. This molded body maintains excellent liquid repellency for a long period of time and exhibits drainability and liquid drop-off properties that are similar to initial values even when the molded body repeatedly comes into contact with a liquid.
