Provided is a horizontal blind wherein the center portions of slats in the longitudinal direction thereof have excellent light-blocking properties. First through-holes 22 through which lifting tapes 15a as examples of first lifting/lowering members are passed are formed at the opposite ends of each of a plurality of slats 12c in the longitudinal direction thereof. The lifting tapes 15a are passed through the first through-holes 22 in each of the plurality of slats 12c, and a lifting tape 15b as an example of second lifting/lowering member is located outside a long side of each of the plurality of slats 12c. |
