The present invention relates to an immune composition for scrub typhus and a method for preparing the same. The immune composition for scrub typhus of the present invention can effectively cause an immune response by having a bacteria-derived structure, and thus can effectively cause immunogenicity compared with an existing immune composition using Orientia tsutsugamushi, thereby providing an immune composition capable of preventing scrub typhus.
