The present invention provides a light control body and a light control film with which film cracking can be inhibited or prevented. This light control film is obtained by arranging, in the following order, a hardcoat layer, a heat absorption layer containing tungsten oxide and/or a composite tungsten oxide, and a heat reflection layer containing a polymer. |
