This light emitting module is provided with: LD11; a first lens 12, one focus of which matches a light emitting point of the LD11; a second lens 14 for emitting, as converged light, light emitted from the first lens 12; and a third lens 4 for making the light emitted from the second lens 14 incident to an optical fiber 5. The second lens 14 is disposed closer to a side of the third lens 4 than a position at which the light emitted from the second lens 14 becomes parallel light. The light emitted from the third lens 4 is condensed inside the optical fiber 5.
