1. A method of detecting the presence of an analyte and/or determining analyte concentration in a sample, comprising:
applying a voltage to a graphene field effect transistor sensor having a conduction channel and comprising a detection molecule being bound by an amide bond to the graphene; measuring a current of the sensor; exposing the conduction channel to the sample; measuring the current of the sensor; determining the presence and/or concentration of the analyte based upon a difference in the current; and determining the conformational changes of the receptor upon analyte binding. |
