A portable section cleaner 11 including a transport container 10 that can be loaded onto a semi-trailer. The container 10 containing a blast chamber 26 into which abrasive can be blasted and into which products can be introduced for treatment by the abrasive. An abrasive feed hopper 27 which is positioned between a top of the blast chamber 26 and a facing roof of the container 10. The abrasive feed hopper 27 having spaced apart feed sections 51 that each taper to a discharge section from which abrasive can be discharged. The discharge sections 51 being on either side of the blast chamber 26. An abrasive control valve 36 is in communication with each discharge section 51 for receiving abrasive and the valve 36 includes at least one conduit for delivering abrasive from the abrasive feed hopper 27 to the blast chamber 26. A drainage valve 45 is provided through which abrasive can be drained from the abrasive feed hopper 27. A feed housing 28 for feeding abrasive to the abrasive feed hopper 27 is inclined upwards to the abrasive feed hopper 27 and houses a conveyor for conveying abrasive upwardly and feeds abrasive into the abrasive feed hopper 27 between the feed sections 51.
