1. A feedback telemetry and actuation system for controlling the flow speed and temperature of coolant fluid over an integrated circuit, comprising:
one or more sensor devices configured to measure coolant fluid flow speed and coolant fluid temperature; A/D-D/A acquisition box configured to collect the coolant fluid flow speed and temperature of the coolant fluid from the one or more sensor devices, the A/D-D/A acquisition box configured to adjust the speed of the coolant fluid flow and the temperature of the coolant fluid to maintain a set temperature point of the coolant fluid; adjustable motor pump configured to adjust the speed of the coolant fluid flow as instructed by the A/D-D/A acquisition box; thermoelectric cooler configured to adjust the temperature of the coolant fluid as instructed by the A/D-D/A acquisition box; whereby based upon the measurements of the coolant fluid flow speed and the temperature and comparison to the set temperature point, the A/D-D/A acquisition box adjusts the speed and temperature of the coolant fluid flow to maintain the set temperature point of the coolant fluid. |
